Pacetti's Marina

Genesis Group created this large-scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment for Pacetti’s Marina, a 23-acre site in St. Johns County, FL. The existing site, which is located on SR 13, serves as an RV campground, restaurant, motel, and marina. Genesis proposed redeveloping the site as a residential village comprised of 224 condominiums, an accessory clubhouse, pool area and gazebos, an internal canal and boat slip area, a boat shop/concession stand, boat fuel dock, and on-site stormwater management areas.

Genesis Group’s services included project management for preparation and submittal of a large-scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment, community meetings, DCA staff meetings, and assistance with a Development Agreement.
