Oakleaf Ranch Village Center

Genesis Group designed a Master Plan for the Oakleaf Plantation Ranch Village Center. Genesis developed the site plan to meet the density and mixed-use requirements within the existing PUD for Oakleaf Plantation. The pattern book defines the architectural standards by building type and allows for a range of styles within the village. The regulating plan sets forth design and development standards that are driven by the site plan.
