Oakleaf Middle Village

Genesis Group created the concecptual master plan for Oakleaf Middle Village, a 66 acre site located in Clay County. The Middle Village Master Plan is comprised of eight components at the most basic level that are located and programmed to be complimentary to each other and the surrounding neighborhood context. These components are: the market square, mixed-used main street, community spaces, single family residential, multi-family residential, child care, civic, and mixed-use residential. One of the major goals in designing Middle Village was to maintain a walkable pedestrian scale to all spaces within the Village Center.
