Indigo Harbour

Indigo Harbour is adjacent to the Cathead River in Darien, Georgia. The Genesis Group completed the first PUD rezoning within the city on this 18.77 acre tract for a unique mixed-use community all under a condominium ownership. The community includes:  32 cottage homes, 40 duplex units, 32 terrace villa units, 121 urban house units, and 32,000 sf of restaurant/office/
commercial uses.

Other uses within the community include a community pool, internal public parks and squares, plaza areas, public and community docks, a dog park, and multiple other community spaces all blended together within a traditional Neighborhood Design.

This development incorporated many Green Growth Guidelines supported by the Coastal Management Program of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources. Green Growth provides low impact development strategies that result in significant positive impacts on the environment. The overall community density was 12 dwelling units per acre while maintaining 46% of the sites in green space.
