Hernando Oaks Country Club

Genesis Group prepared a Master Plan for this golf course community. The 630 acre parcel of land included:

• 780 residential homes

• 2 commercial village nodes

• 3 gated access entries

• 18-hole championship golf course

• Multiple community open space areas.

Genesis also prepared detailed landscape hardscape design for the main community entry into the development.

This was the first submittal of its kind to Hernando County and received unanimous approval by the Board of County Commissioners. Genesis coordinated the design team which consisted of market economists, golf course architects, civil engineers, transportation engineers, and legal counsel.
