Fieldstone, Millstone, & Coventry

Genesis Group designed these three neighborhood amenity centers in Clay County. Each site is approximately 1/2 acre. The master plans include two pools each equipped with a community pavilion (Fieldstone - air conditioned), summer kitchen, and restroom.  A dog park that features an open lawn enclosed with vegetation, a trellis entryway, benches, and a restroom facility were also included.
