Genesis Group provided land planning and preliminary civil engineering support services for Durbin Crossing Mixed-Use Village Center. This Village Center is in conjunction with a larger, 1,500 acre DRI and PUD. Genesis, along with their subconsultant, Urbanomix, determined a Market Analysis for the types of commercial/office space necessary within the community. From this Market Analysis, the Village Center program was developed.

 

The Village Center program included a mixture of residential development, including rear loading town homes, 4-plex condo units, and an affordable row house townhome product. The commercial/office space within the Village Center incorporated 140,000 SF. Main commercial tenant designs included a 45,000 SF grocery and 12,000 SF pharmacy. Two 8,000 SF restaurants, a mixture of first and second floor commercial, and office spaces were also provided within the program.
