Genesis completed 3-D sketch-up and schematic architectural design for this mixed-use residential development in North Jacksonville. The Low County Architectural Style was utilized from the North Jacksonville Vision Plan. Areas that were conceptualized were commercial, 2- and 3-story residential condominiums.

 

These graphics were put together along with a Low Country Architectural Story Board to assist the client in a public presentation forum when introducing this project to the community.
