Genesis Group completed the PUD Master Plan on this 1.11 acre parcel located on Brookview Drive North. Brookview Terrace provides 15 fee-simple affordable townhomes. The development serves as a transition between the commercial along Atlantic Boulevard to the south and single family residential to the north.

The building typology includes 2- or 3-story units, each including a single car garage and ground floor stoop/front porch. The development utilizes an internal private drive with cul-de-sac to minimize the driveway connections onto Brookview Drive. Frontage of individual townhomes will provide internal views within the development, providing a traditional neighborhood quality. Additionally, the proposed development will include one community mail shelter and community pavilion.
