County Line Farms

County Line Farms is located in Plant City, FL on approximately 420 acres just south of I-4. The project was originally planned as a mixed-use project with 2,200,000 SF of industrial and office uses along with commercial, multi-family and a single family subdivision.  In addition to preparing the master plan and representing the project through the entitlement process, Genesis provided surveying and preliminary engineering of the project.  Genesis designed, permitted and provided construction observation services to extend a sanitary force main, reclaim water lines over two miles that connected to another new force main and terminated at County Line Farms with a new Regional Lift station also designed by Genesis.  Currently Genesis is preparing and permitting a master stormwater plan with the goal of positioning County Line Farms Industrial Park as a Quick to Build project.
