Madison Industrial Park

Genesis provided survey, civil and landscape architecture design, and permitting services for two dock high warehouse buildings totaling 680,000 SF.  Scope included revisions to the overall Madison Park stormwater master plan to accommodate the proposed improvements, and permitting of wetland impacts through SWFWMD, Hillsborough County EPC, and the USACOE.
