S.R. 50 Corridor

Genesis Group served as the right-of-way general consultant to FDOT District 5 for 13 parcels on the expansion of S.R. 50 through the Town of Oakland. Genesis managed environmental and general contractor subconsultants for the project. Genesis developed an engineering and land use report for FDOT to assist Pomeroy Appraisal Associates in preparing their appraisal for each parcel. Included within the Genesis report was a before and after land use analysis with graphics, cure determination, and cost estimating.
