S.R. 35 Corridor - Wildwood

Genesis Group served as the right-of-way general consultant to FDOT District 5 for ten parcels on the expansion of S.R. 35 through Sumter County and the City of Wildwood. Genesis managed subconsultants for the project which included the following: surveying, FF&E, convenience store analysis, and general contractor analysis.

Genesis developed an engineering and land use report for FDOT to assist the Hale and Brannon Appraisals in preparing their appraisal for each parcel. Included within the Genesis report was a before and after land use analysis with graphics, cure determination, and cost estimating.
