Genesis Group assisted the Broward Family and Roger Towers, P.A. with engineering and land planning expert witness support services for this parcel which included a 2.49 acre FDOT pond taking. Genesis developed beforehand and after situation master plan concepts to allow the appraiser to evaluate the costs upon development which would be lost by this taking.  Furthermore, the master plan illustrated the taking location as a considered highest and best use location for a boat launch facility. Genesis worked with the client to propose alternative rentention pond locations on-site.
