Owl's Head Village

Genesis Group staff have been integrally involved in the planning and permitting of the new Owl's Head community since its inception.  It is a master planned community in the City of Freeport, FL.  Bisected by SR 331, Owl's Head  is approximately 1,600 acres in size and approved for approximately 3,500 dwelling units and 700,000 sq. ft. of commercial as well as a golf course-oriented resort center, new schools and an industrial park. 

The project is based on "traditional design" development standards with a grid network, a mix of housing types and styles, greater vertical integration of land uses within the village areas, on street parking and front porches.
