Providence Management and Development Co. was going to acquire 30 acres of a 320 acre parcel. Genesis analyzed the parent parcel to identify the most appropriate 30 acres to be donated. Issues analyzed include zoning, access, utilities, natural features, stormwater management, and soils.

This resulted in a report summarizing the findings and recommending two 30-acre sites within the parent 320-acre site that met their criteria.
