When the Economic Development Council of Tallahassee/Leon County needed a site designed and permitted fast to lure a new manufacturer to the area, they turned to Genesis Group.

Genesis was able to concentrate their considerable resources to this fast-tracked project to obtain permits for site development approvals in less than two months from beginning of design to turning dirt.
