Main Street at Hampton Lakes

Identified as a location appropriate for a town center in the approved Northwest Community Plan of Hillsborough County, a master plan was created for a mixed-use development. Encompasing 45 acres, the plan was created by staff from Genesis. This development includes a grocery store, retail, office and townhomes. Other design aspects include an outdoor seating, Grand "Palm" Boulevard and waterfront overlook. In addition to the master planning and project representation efforts, Genesis provided Landscape Architecture services for the residential portion of the project.
