New Port Richey CRA

The City of New Port Richey has designated a majority of its City as a Community Redevelopment Area (CRA). Mr. Patrick Reheiser, P.E., PSM with Genesis Group is the City Engineer for the City of New Port Richey. In this role, Mr. Reheiser has participated in a number of review boards as well as reviewing projects for compliance to Land Development and CRA standards.

Mr. Reheiser served on the Redevelopment Grant Committee for the City of New Port Richey. The committee was charged with reviewing grant applications related to residential and commercial redevelopment within the City CRA. Genesis assisted in the preparation of the CRA establishment documents.
