USL 1 Tampa Rowdies Soccer Stadium

Genesis Group provided Planning Services for the development of a proposed 9,000 seat stadium for a professional Soccer team in Hillsborough County.  Services included surveying, concept plans, entitlements, GIS, traffic/parking studies and zoning modification. Alternative project sites are currently being explored by the Client.
