Mahan Drive (US 90) Improvements

Genesis prepared plans and contract documents to reconstruct this principle arterial and convert it from a three-lane roadway to a six-lane with in-street bike lanes, sidewalks, an underground stormwater conveyance system, and three signalized intersections. 

Roadway plans and right-of-way maps were prepared utilizing CADD and were based on surveys completed using state-of-the-art electronic data collection systems. 

Construction cost for this project was approximately $8 million.  Genesis also provided public involvement services under this contract that included preparation  of exhibits, mail outs and advertisements, along with conducting two public meetings.
