University of South Florida Housing System Enhancements

Provided landscape architectural design for the proposed streetscape on Holly Drive and the major connector path and crosswalk that unifies the existing housing area with the parking and classroom area of campus. Design includes a terrace planter and ramp systems with steps, circular trellis, pedestrian lighting. Also, the addition of bike lanes for both directions, new sidewalks, shade trees, landscaping and an upgraded irrigation system.

Currently, the work is under construction and we are providing construction administration services. Phase two of this project includes a master plan of the entire Andros housing area.
