USF Expansion/Renovations

This project required renovations and expansion of an existing parking lot, new parking expansion, and sanitary, water and drainage improvements for a new library building.  The parking improvements included pervious pavement for existing trees, drainage ponds, and control structures. The wastewater system consisted of gravity pipe between manholes and the water system included relocating a fire hydrant and placement of a double check valve assembly. Drainage for the library building was accomplished through numerous roof drain connections to a proposed retention pond where the stormwater is treated prior to discharge into Tampa Bay.
