City of Sarasota Pedestrian Sleeves*

Developed concepts and preliminary engineering for a series of pedestrian sleeves to be located in the downtown area. Required innovative ways to maintain existing motor vehicle LOS, while ensuring safety and accessibility for pedestrians and cyclists, as well as offering the City a distinctive look for the traffic calming elements.
