Park Street Business District Implementation Plan

The City of St. Petersburg and Genesis Group worked closely together towards revitalization of western Central Avenue.  Genesis developed several conceptual streetscape improvement alternatives for this major city corridor.  Priorities included enhanced parking, retail area enhancement, landscape and site furnishings, and improved pedestrian and bicycle access.  Existing drainage and utility service was analyzed and incorporated in alternatives to minimize work and control costs.  Neighborhood and business involvement was an intergral component of this assignment.
