Oelsner Street Drainage

In response to chronic roadway flooding in an established residential neighborhood, Genesis provided design and permitting of failed stormwater collection system replacements

In addition to improving the roads and drainage system, additional stormwater treatment was provided. Although within the city limits, Oelsner Street is a Pasco County road, therefore right-of-way use permitting was required. An eight inch water line was directional drilled to improve water service within the area, and Genesis Group sought and obtained permit exemption from SWFWMD for the project.
