Triple Creek -- Landscape Architecture

Triple Creek is a large, ongoing, multi-phased residential and commercial development in southern Hillsborough County, consisting of approximately 1,038 acres, with a mixture of open pasture with isolated large Live Oaks, forested areas, and a creek, bordering on environmentally protected lands. Approximately 290 acres are dedicated to open space.

A large-scale amenity center will include a swimming pool and outdoor eating areas.  Extensive landscaping based on a mix of native plant material and accent plants. A pedestrian trail network will interconnect neighborhoods with each other and with the commercial center. The trail network  will include access to envirnmental preserve (ELAPP) lands, and will meander through existing trees along the creek bank.
