Westchase - Unit 326 Park

Genesis provided conceptual planning and design for this small neo-traditionl park located in Village of Westchase.  This main park is complemented by two other park areas located to the south, within the neighborhood.

Design features include a circular brick walkway with a circular trellis, swinging benches, accent brick columns and colorful lush landscaping. Other areas included crushed brick paths, benches and additional landscape areas. Beyond conceptual design, Genesis provided detailed construction documents, construction documentation and construction observation services.

The main park’s centerpiece is a sculptural feature mounted on a brick pedestal. Genesis worked closely with the artist to integrate the selected sculpture with other site design features.
