Pasco County Courthouse

Genesis provided urban design, streetscape, public square planning, and construction documentation for the downtown City Courthouse site which Dade City wanted to restore to its original design. Project elements included planting, hardscape, lighting and irrigation plans for the entire City square block. Working with the existing Veteran's Memorial gazebo and increasing parking area were two design requirements.
