Genesis Group Landscape Architects and Planners collaborated with project engineers, architects and irrigation designers to develop a grand entryway, overall project theme and comprehensive landscape plans for this master planned community in Pasco County, Florida. Additional tasks included planning and design of neighborhood parks, Rose Cottage Welcome Center and common areas. Genesis Landscape Architects were also directly involved in preservation of existing wildlife habitats and enhancements to wetland areas.
