FDOT District Five, Districtwide Landscape Architect Design/Review Services
Genesis provided on-going Landscape Grant Application reviews and Minor Engineering Improvement projects reviews for a period of five years. Grant applications were reviewed according to F.D.O.T. guidelines and applicants were contacted to correct deficiencies prior to official submittal to the State. The reviews focused on planting and irrigation design, cost effectiveness, unified approach support documents and safety.
Through these efforts, Genesis’ projects successfully received some of the highest rankings on their applications submitted. At the end of the contract, F.D.O.T. scored Genesis as a consultant, and we received a 100% for the contractual 5-year period.
