Suncoast Parkway

As part of the extension of the Veterans Expressway providing access to the counties north of Tampa, Genesis Group was responsible for landscape installation and maintenance inspections for this 42 mile segment of roadway and ancillary pedestrian trails. The Genesis staff provided the Florida Turnpike District with daily on-site CEI services monitoring quality and adherence of installation to the contract documents. Our staff also provided review of materials payments and monitored maintenance throughout the warranty period.
