Goodbread Hills

Genesis Group worked along with the Tallahassee Housing Authority, Pinnacle Housing Group and JRA Architects on this innovative project.  Goodbread Hills is a milestone development that combines the efforts of a public-private partnership to replace the dilapidated Ebony Gardens public housing complex.  Goodbread hills offers affordable, luxurious and spacious townhomes and garden apartments in a design that fits in with the historic character of the Goodbread community and the larger Frenchtown area.  Participants in the venture include the City of Tallahassee, Tallahassee’s Community Redevelopment Agency, Florida Housing Finance Corporation, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Citi Community Capital and Wachovia Securities.
