Vinoy Place Condominiums

 The Vinoy Place project consists of a 4.31 acre site located in the City of St. Petersburg, overlooking  the waters of beautiful Tampa Bay. The site design had to accommodate the technical needs of the four 8-story buildings with a total of 200 units and a two level parking structure.

  Genesis Group provided civil engineering design services, site construction plan preparation, site surveying, regulatory permitting and certifications in addition to landscape design for the Vinoy Place Condominiums.

 The strormwater drainage design had to be manipulated to utilize the existing detention ponds. Genesis Group worked closely with the land developers as well as the City of St. Petersburg and local utilities to ensure that the needs of both Client and Municipality were met.
