Amelia Island Conference Center & Beach Club

Genesis Group was awarded the contract for site design and restoration of the Amelia Island Plantation Conference Center and Beach Club.

Included in the design of the beach club were pool amenities including ornamental fountains, a lath covered arbor, shade trellis, beach access boardwalks, tot lot and lawn area for pool side hammocks. 

The pool amenity area has been designed for multiple use applications.  Swimming and pool side furniture can be reconfigured on the 22,000 SF combined pool decks for outdoor dining and evening events easily facilitating 600 guests.
