Chipola River

Genesis provided long-range master planning for this large timber tract in northwest Florida.  The planning involved anticipated regulatory interests as the property straddles the Chipola River for over five miles and incorporates several known sites of historic importance.

The conceptual master plan was further refined to produce a phase one development of several hundred acres which included residential lots of varying sizes, a small commercial node for river-based recreation, and a thirty-four acre site donated to the Chipola Community College.
