Ruskin Development Analysis

In addition to a preliminary due diligence and risk assessment analysis for a site located within the Ruskin Planning Area in southern Hillsborough County, Genesis Group was also tasked to gather information about the surrounding region.

GIS was used as a planning support tool to analyze the number of planned developments and residential units within a 3 mile radius of the property. GIS also provided a further understanding of what types of land developments were occurring within the planning area along with their sizes and vicinity to the client’s project location. These studies helped to advance the client’s knowledge of development limitations, increase the client’s knowledge of certain risk factors, and showed their site in comparison to other developments within their area of interest.
