Veterans & Toledo Blade Blvd.

Belleair Development Group requested a site location analysis for a potential commercial property in Charlotte County at the intersection of Veterans Blvd. and Toledo Blade Blvd. (a.k.a. Cochran Blvd.). The analysis included determining the total number of potentially vacant residential properties and the total number of completed residential units inside 4 sub-areas within a 2 mile radius of the site. It also included finding and displaying transportation access to the site such as interstates, major roads, and bridges.

Through querying property appraiser parcel databases by their property use designation, determining the number and type of buildings on each resulting residential parcel, and using GIS geoprocessing techniques, Genesis Group was able to give the client an accurate unit count for each of their targeted sub-areas as well as show the types of access to the subject property.
