Lazydays RV Supercenter

Genesis Group provided engineering design services, construction plan preparation, site surveying, regulatory permitting and certifications in addition to landscape design for this 153 acre site.

This project consisted of site remediation, stormwater management system rehabilitation, utility relocations and extensions and general site layout improvements for the original 105 acre development.

Later improvements included modifications to Sligh Avenue and C.R. 579, relocation of the master stormwater ponds and development of a 30 acre campground / display area. The campground includes full utilities and multiple site amenities such as a pool, tennis and shuffleboard courts and natural garden areas.
