Citrus Park Town Center

Genesis provided landscape architecture services for all phases of development for this regional mall in northwest Hillsborough County. Services included site planning coordination, natural resource permitting, initiation and management of 225 contract grown trees, design development, large tree transplanting coordination, existing tree preservation design, earthwork design (evacuation, berming, soil composition), hardscape design, utility coordination, landscape design, irrigation design, master sign plan approvals, site variance approval, and construction services.

All civil engineering services for this project were completed by Genesis personnel while at another firm. These services included permitting, stormwater management, lighting design, utility master plan, and construction services.
