Genesis was involved in the early stages of the master planning and due diligence analysis for this 250 acre property in fast growing northeast Leon County and continued on with the project through site plan approval, subdivision, and landscape design for the created residential subdivisions. The planned community will provide 340 homes to a wide range of housing types from large estate homes to affordable townhouse units - all clustered around a village center which will eventually supply limited commercial and office locations for the development. It is also located just south of Maclay Gardens, a state park known for its beautiful grounds and pristine Lake Hall.
