Genesis Group is completing extensive stormwater analysis and facility design to mitigate flooding impacts in the Apalachee Ridge Subdivision.

Several neighborhood streets are being retrofitted with curbing and are being converted from an open swale system to underground piping. A large regional stormwater facility is being created and enhanced with a perimeter sidewalk to provide pedestrian access to the newly created green space.

Genesis created an integrated stormwater model to size the proposed facility as well as the proposed conveyance systems.

Plans and permitting are scheduled for completion in March 2003.
