From site planning to engineering and construction detailing, Genesis provided the full range of services to what would become the new offices for Genesis Group. The developer, Conservation Real Estate, chose this challenging site of severe and significant slopes and several large live oaks for their office as well as space to lease. Current tenants include the Florida Engineering Management Corporation and Genesis Group. The site was planned around a large live oak central to the site that provides a captivating view to the offices at the rear of the building.
