First South Bank

From site analysis (prior to purchase of the property) to site planning, engineering, and construction detailing, Genesis provided the full range of services to this new mortgage lending institution. First South Bank chose a site with challenging topography in an upscale, established office park for its corporate headquarters. Genesis developed conceptual plans for siting an undesigned structure on the property and followed with construction plans for landscape architecture and civil engineering. As agent for the bank, Genesis coordinated permitting for the 17,000 square foot building.
