Adams Street Revitalization

Genesis Group worked closely with the City of Tallahassee to create a four-block streetscape downtown. This project was the second phase to the existing Adams Street Commons and the area has become a place the City often utilizes for special events. The project ties together a downtown chain of parks with the State Capitol Complex and Kleman Plaza, which is the location of museums, restaurants, an outdoor amphitheater, and residential condominiums.
