Westchase - Swim & Tennis Center

Genesis collaborated with the Project Architect on the architectural style and site plan for this community recreational facility within a neo-traditional neighborhood located in the Westchase community. Design services included pool and tennis court layout, pedestrian connection via underground and above ground bridges, and parking lot layout. The facility is used for district swim meets and local tournaments. Amenities include a competition pool, a children's pool, restroom facility, shelter with seating area, and a check-in/maintenance facility. Extensive landscaping is included throughout the project.
