Cory Lake Isles

Genesis provided engineering and survey design services for Master Planning and phased construction for the 590-acre Cory Lake Isles Development in Tampa, Florida. Services included surveying, preparation of design drawings, contract documents, permit applications, for both on-site and off-site infrastructure for the 268 units under Phases I, II and VI of the overall development. The stormwater management system required computer modeling of a 1,500 acre watershed and features extensive use of existing wetlands for stormwater treatment and attenuation.

Genesis also completed the water and wastewater master plan for this project. Services during construction included construction staking, construction inspection and assistance to the developer in contract management.
