River Hills Country Club

Genesis provided engineering and survey design services for Master Planning and Phase I construction on the 1,300 acre River Hills Country Club Development.

Services included surveying, preparation of design drawings, contract documents, permit applications, for both on-site and off-site infrastructure for the 175 unit Phase I development, total units are 1,071 single family.

Stormwater management system required computer modeling of a 2,000 acre watershed and features extensive use of existing wetlands for stormwater treatment and attenuation.

Construction services included construction staking, construction inspection, and assistance to the developer in contract management.

Phase I construction plans included three wastewater pumping stations and a 300,000 gpd interim wastewater treatment plant producing reclaimed water for spray irrigation on the golf course.
