Creekside

Located in the rural area of Brandon/Riverview, this development was designed using the highly popular "Coving Concept". Central greenspace areas were developed behind the lots for gazebos, shelters and free open play areas.

The entrance was developed with a country theme with creation of a bridge effect using natural boulders, fencing and stone columns.

Landscape and lighting have been incorporated to enhance this simplistic approach.
