Citrus Park Towncenter Blvd.

Genesis provided design services to create a grand boulevard into the new shopping district in Northwest Hillsborough County. Since Genesis had previously provided design for the abutting right-of-way with the development of Citrus Park Town Center and the Plaza at Citrus Park, the design process was seamless. Similar plant species were incorporated and supplied by the same nurseries utilized by the other two projects.

The one significant challenge consisted of maintaining the integrity of the design while avoiding the large gas main, which ran directly down the middle of the medians. Irrigation design utilized reclaimed water and low angle sprays and drip. Services also included permitting through the County and Construction Administration.
